Overview: How Suzanoh Works

Most of your setup happens simply by chatting with Suzanoh. Behind the scenes, three parts work together:

  • Intelligences: Suzanoh’s brain. This has your business knowledge, instructions, and the conversation flow Suzanoh follows.

  • Chat UIs: The appearance of the chat widget on your website, including brand colors, avatar, welcome message, and widget position.

  • Deliveries: The hub where you publish Suzanoh, get your shareable link, and copy the embed code for your website.

You can fine-tune each part manually, but you do not need to configure everything yourself.

Build Suzanoh via Guided Chat

Open AI Setup in your Suzanoh dashboard. Instead of working through complex settings, tell Suzanoh what you want in plain language.

Step 1. Add Your Website Link or Describe Your Business

Add your website: Enter your website URL. Suzanoh reads your website and uses the content to learn about your business.

Describe your business: If your website isn't live yet, simply describe what your business does and what you want Suzanoh to help customers with in natural language.

For example:

  • "A booking and customer support agent for a boutique dental clinic in Austin."

  • “A customer support and booking agent for a hair salon in Ohio.”

  • “An agent for my Shopify skincare store that answers product questions and matches each shopper to the right products.”

Step 2. Choose What You Want Customers to Do

Choose the main goals for your customer conversations, such as:

  • Customer support: Answer questions about pricing, hours, services, return policies, and other common questions.

  • Capture leads & Inquiries: Collect customer contact information and what they need.

  • Book the next step: Guide customers toward booking a call, consultation, or service visit.

Suzanoh automatically uses this information to build out the initial customer conversation and widget for you.

Run the Go-Live Readiness Check

Before you publish, Suzanoh runs an auto-check called the Go-Live Readiness Check that talks to your agent like a real customer.

It tests questions about your business, products or services, recommendations, policies, follow-up questions, and unexpected questions.

Go-Live Readiness Check with answer review controls

Step 1: Review

Watch live: Watch the check work through each category, then review every answer.

Review answers: Choose Looks good if the answer is ready or Needs fix if something should change.

Step 2: Make Changes

Request instant fixes: If an answer isn’t right, tell Suzanoh what should change in everyday language. Suzanoh applies the change immediately, allowing you to check the answer again on the spot.

Step 3: Go Live

Ready to publish: Once every answer has been reviewed, Suzanoh confirms that you are ready to go live. You can then preview Suzanoh, share a public link, or add it to your website.

Fine-Tune Suzanoh (Optional)

Suzanoh builds the initial setup for you automatically. If you want more control, you can also edit each part directly:

  • Intelligences: Manage Suzanoh’s business knowledge and conversation flow. Upload supplementary PDFs or text files, add Q&As, adjust tone, and set conversation guidelines.

  • Chat UIs: Change how Suzanoh looks on your website. Add your business logo or avatar, pick colors and widget position, and edit the welcome message.

  • Deliveries: Pair your Intelligence with a Chat UI, publish Suzanoh, and grab your public URL and website embed code.

Add Suzanoh to Your Website

Once Suzanoh is ready, you have two simple ways to share it with customers:

Step 1: Open Deliveries. Select your Suzanoh Delivery and confirm the correct Intelligence and Chat UI are paired.

Step 4: Verify Suzanoh is live: Publish your site changes, then open your website in an incognito or private window to confirm the chat bubble appears.

For full installation instructions, see Adding Suzanoh to Your Website.

Alternative: Share via Public Page URL

If you don’t want to add Suzanoh to your website, use the Public Page URL in the Deliveries tab to share a standalone chat directly with customers.
